Documents to prepare

• The foreign national's passport with the current visa page and latest entry stamp
• Degree and transcript, certified-translated and legalised as required by the Department of Employment
• Experience letters from previous employers
• Thai employer corporate file: company affidavit, shareholder list, financial statements, PP.30 and PND.1
• Medical certificate on the prescribed form and official-size photographs
• Employment contract stating position, salary and scope of work

How we run the case

1. Check eligibility and visa category — We confirm the visa type (Non-B, LTR, SMART) and whether the employer meets the Thai-staff ratio.
2. Prepare foreign documents — Overseas degrees and references need certified translation plus embassy legalisation or apostille.
3. Assemble the employer file — Corporate documents within validity, with figures in financials and tax filings reconciled.
4. File the work permit application — Filed with the Department of Employment or the e-Work Permit system for the workplace's province.
5. Visa extension and 90-day reporting — Extension of stay at Immigration plus a reporting calendar handed to you.
6. Annual maintenance — Expiry reminders, renewals and updates when the role or office address changes.
