Documents to prepare

• Degree certificate and academic transcript as issued by the institution
• Employment references stating role, dates, weekly hours and detailed duties
• Payslips, tax certificates or social-security records as required by the assessing authority
• Passport and Thai ID for identity and name-spelling verification
• Name-change or marriage certificate when the qualification name differs from the passport
• Professional licences where applicable (nursing, engineering, accounting councils)

How we run the case

1. Identify the correct assessing authority — Each occupation has its own body (VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, ACS…) with different rules. We verify the ANZSCO code first.
2. Audit the evidence gaps — We check whether employment letters cover the duties in the occupation definition and draft replacement wording for your employer if not.
3. Certified translation — Translated by a translator the authority accepts — NAATI certified for Australian filings.
4. Certified copies — Copies attested by a Notarial Services Attorney where certified copies are required.
5. Assemble the pack to spec — File order, naming and PDF bundling to portal requirements, avoiding technical rejections.
6. Track and respond — If the authority requests more evidence we prepare and translate the next round on time.

• Ask the employer for an English reference directly when possible; it removes a translation step.
• Keep salary evidence from the start: authorities commonly ask for 3–5 years.
