How we run the case

1. Confirm the purpose — Insurance claims, medical visas, referrals abroad and litigation each need a different certification format.
2. Obtain the complete hospital file — We liaise with medical records for a full set signed by the physician and stamped by the hospital.
3. Translation by medical linguists — ICD terminology and drug names to international standards — no interpretation of symptoms.
4. Independent review — Double-checking figures, lab values, dates and dosages, where errors affect both care and claims.
5. Certification and legalisation — Attorney certification plus MFA or embassy legalisation when the receiver requires it.
6. Delivery and claim support — Files and originals delivered, with the pack arranged to the insurer's form.

• Scan every page legibly before sending the file to us.
• Tell us the insurer and claim form so we format correctly from the start.
• For overseas referrals, keep DICOM imaging alongside the translation.
• We can contact the medical records office and assemble the whole pack for you.
