Can a thumbprint be notarised in place of a signature?
Cluster: Signature notarisation
Yes. The attorney takes your thumbprint on the document in person and issues a Notarial Certificate stating it was signed by thumbprint in the presence of the attorney. Common when the signatory is elderly, disabled, or has lost their ID. Two additional witnesses and a photograph are required. Fees contact our team for a quote (phone/LINE/email)
