How does Thailand 2023 Hague accession affect legalisation?
Cluster: Apostille and legalisation
Since 15 November 2023, Thailand has been a Hague Convention member. Documents destined for Hague member states (~120 countries) now need only a Consular Affairs Apostille — no embassy step required — saving 5-10 days and สอบถามอัตราค่าบริการกับเจ้าหน้าที่ (โทร/LINE/อีเมล) per document. A few countries that objected (China, India, Germany) still require the legacy embassy chain.
