Documents to prepare

• Current company affidavit (issued within 3–6 months) and objectives
• Memorandum of association, articles and shareholder list (BOJ.5)
• Board minutes approving the overseas investment or incorporation
• Audited financial statements and a bank status letter
• Passport or ID of the authorised director
• Power of attorney appointing the local agent to register the entity

How we run the case

1. Confirm destination requirements — Each jurisdiction has its own document set and attestation route; we build the checklist first.
2. Obtain fresh corporate records — Newly issued affidavit and BOJ.5 from the DBD, within the validity the receiver accepts.
3. Board minutes and power of attorney — Drafted to grant exactly the authority the foreign registrar expects.
4. Certified translation — The full corporate set translated with consistent legal names and registration numbers.
5. Attorney certification plus apostille or embassy — Apostille for Hague members; MFA and embassy legalisation elsewhere.
6. Courier and registration follow-up — Tracked international delivery and coordination with your local agent until registration completes.

• Tell us the destination and entity type up front so the pack is assembled once.
• Order at least two sets — some steps retain the originals.
• Allow 3–4 weeks where embassy legalisation is required.
• Have us review the draft board minutes before the meeting is held.
• No running between agencies: we cover retrieval, translation, attestation and delivery to your agent.
